Streamfolio.com respects and (where possible) preserves the intellectual property rights including full Copyright control of others with respect to Streamfolio.com business.

In accordance with the Australian Copyright Council  Laws & applicable By-Laws as of 2006 – http://www.copyright.org.au/ - all claims of Copyright infringement are collected by “Notice” and collated to bear witness to such infringements as it may pertain to protecting the rights of those whom such breaches do affect.

Streamfolio.com will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged use from the Site and/or termination of the Streamfolio.com user’s account in appropriate circumstances where proof of breach of Terms Of Service are substantiated.
